One Headed SkullMelt Kaiju Melt Monster (monsterarm 2012)

Well, it might be my age that got me hooked on art toys lately. I mean, I don't own many. Just 1, or 2 - maybe 3. I just started collecting though. And it's stuff like this Kaiju Melt Monster by monsterarm (aka Kevin Herdeman) that makes me wake up in the middle of the night, screaming "OMFG!!! I NEED TO OWN THIS!!"

I've always been a fan of skulls and freaky colors. And this 5" skull melted dude with a hint of neon green and neon pink was just love at first sight. If you like what you see, you should definitely head over to Kevin's shoppe, and check out the amazing stuff he's doing! This Kaiju was just $25. That's a steal, if you ask me. Trust me, and order one of his monsters! You won't regret it!

There's not much more to say about this toy, except that it's freaking awesome - and unique! As far as I can see, no toy Kevin's doing is like the other - it's truly one of a kind!

Warlords of Wor - Bog-Nar (ManOrMonster 2012)

There's going on alot these days within the DIY toy scene, especially when it comes to muscular 5.5" figures. This scene is sick of the same old bullshit at retail today. And while the attempt of redefining MotU is leaded ad absurdum by Mattel, I'm happy to see independet artists creating their own toys in the spirit of classic muscular 80s lines such as Warrior Beasts, Lost World of the Warlord, and Conan.

Sharkgut Wayne Gacy (Killer Bootlegs 2012)

Have you ever considered bootlegging an art instead of a crime? No?! Well, then you clearly haven't checked out the amazing stuff from Killer Bootlegs! Peter "Wheatstraw" Goral is the artist and mastermind behind all this. His motto: "To murder every action figure ever produced." And he's doing good! His victims are selling fast, in strictly limited runs. So, I'm happy I was able to score one of his Sharkgut Wayne Gacy figures a few weeks back, wohooo! And what a figure it is! Literally, a killer bootleg!
